Lord Protect our Nation

I’m going to start my blog post today with a special request, a prayer for protection.

Lord; today I am writing a letter to you, not wanting a written response of course, but a spiritual healing and blessing throughout our nation, an awakening of the mind and soul to many.

What is going on in this world today saddens my heart, I am asking for protection not only our nation but United Nations.

From the Corona Virus to the elections, riots, as well as the protesting, we place the healing of our nation in your hands.

We pray that you send your mighty angels to protect and defend us all.

Lord I am asking you to turn back the forces of evil.

Heavenly Father our President elect Biden and our Vice President elect Harris will be arriving into this heavy load, going into the 2021 year.

I am asking that you provide guidance as to the decisions that will be made within the White House, by our incoming President of the United States of America.

Biden needs your touch to lead our nation.

Strengthen him, Lord.

Provide Biden wisdom and grace, instruct him as to doing what is right for the United States of America.

Provide a safe Haven for us all.

In the Mighty Name Of Jesus

Amen !!!

I know it’s been months since I have written on my blog site, can you believe it’s coming up on two years since I started this blog site, boy does time fly!!

I wanted to touch on protection, being that our nation is going through it, with the deadly pandemic Covid -19 and this disastrous election of the 2020 year.

I am not going to hold back on this blog!!!

Ya girl is going all in!!

I Have one question Lord!!

Why?

Why have you allowed a disrespectful individual to uphold his position within the White House?

I am sure there has and always will be someone with bad intentions ready to conquer and divide the world, creating much division as well as unrest.

When does the unjust end & Unity begin?

Some might find this blog offensive, well I would like to state for the record, I find the President of the United States, actions and statements offensive as well.

I’m not an eye for an eye type of individual however, I speak for some of the American citizens.

I write from within my heart, which has been saddened by all the hatred that’s been spurred from the same leader that’s suppose to set a great intelligent example for the citizens of the United States Of America.

I can honestly say, If you voted for someone wanting to create segregation in most states, stealing money from the poor to provide to the rich, not paying taxes.. Then this blog probably isn’t for you.

Now mind you, I listen to the POTUS speeches as to what comes out of his mouth, that’s just how I set my mind as to determining his motives and my reasons as to writing this very blog praying for Protection over the Nation.

Dating: Lust Vs. Love.. Do You Know the Difference

“Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself agaisnt the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.”

2 Corithians 10:5 KJV

Lust can almost instanlty be mistaken for Love at first sight.

It’s about physical attraction as well as idealistation.

When you lust after someone, you more than likely can not see them clearly, even if the other indivial might be a plain Jane or geeky Gregory.

Your lustourous ways may make them quite attractive.

Not to say plain Janes or Geeky Greogory’s are not attractive.

I am stating your lustful ways, may make them to be more attractive than you are giving them credit for.

The lustful sitiuation may also led to a very attractive indiviual with not a clue as to life.

Lust almost all times, leads to disappointments in lustful situational relationships.

Lust- Is an intense physical attraction you desire in a partner due to a strong sexual / desire connection.

Lust keeps growing in the indiviual that feeds it.

Lust requires immediate attention and satisfaction.

Lust is a harsh word that should not be looked upon lightly.

Lust is the exact opposite of Love.

Lust demands it’s own way.

Love- is an emotional desire to connect with and be close to another indiviual.

Love creates a feeling of attraction to someone not based on his or her outward appearance, but the qualities that emcompass his or her inner self.

As I have grown spiritually, for myself, I am all for Love, the Lustful thing comes later within a marraige.

The main diffenece between Love and Lust is that Love is a selfless concern for another.

Where Lust is totally self centered.

Lust is a whole hearted craving and belief in a Lie that satan has crafted.

The lie varies with the sitauation and person being tempted.

 Tests of True Love

LOVE is a deep, tender, ineffable feeling of affection and solicitude toward a person, such as that arising from kinship, recognition of attractive qualities, or a sense of underlying oneness. .. It is often mistaken for love because the attraction is so strong.

True love feels like security and stability.

You don’t worry about breaking up or your partner leaving you abruptly.

When they go out of town, you might miss them, but you are also happy for them, because you want them to travel and have new experiences.

Your love has balance and no sense of suspicion or possession.

How do I know if it’s love or lust?

The ‘In Lust‘ period some signs that you’re mainly in lust with your current partner: You’re both more focused on physical appearance when it comes to attraction.

It’s all about the bedroom!!!!!

You have a strong desire for sexual connection, but not a deep emotional attachment.

You avoid conversation about real emotions and feelings.

When it comes to lust vs. love, there are a few things you should know.

Lust vs. LoveLust is an intense physical attraction.

You desire your partner due to a strong sexual connection.

Love is patient love is Kind.

Attraction is a strong interest or liking for someone or something.

Lust is a strong craving for sex.

It also can mean a hunger for anything, like lust for power.

Someone gluttonous lusts for food.

The most basic meaning of lust is an unquenchable desire for sex, but people lust for all sorts of things.

Lust is a uncontrollable desire or craving that last anywhere from a couple of months to a year.

It doesnt last if there isnt any love involved.

What I have just written about comes from situations I had once gotten myself into before I found my redemption.

I now can differentiate the two.

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”

Romans 8: 1 KJV

Something about the Name Of Jesus

When I started this post a week ago, I was listening to the The Rance Allen Group. Three older men singing about how much they love the name Jesus.

The song Something about the name of Jesus, touches my heart in many ways. Growing up hearing this song play just about every Sunday morning within the baptist church I was raised in, brings back good memories as to the innocence of life that had not yet begun.

When I hear the words Jesus my heart feels warm, full of happiness, overjoyed. Jesus loves us and he cares for us all.

I sometimes get teary eyed, knowing what he has brought me out of during those trying difficult times in my life. I called on his name more than I can remember.

The song also has a lyric singing “It is the sweetest name I know” What is the meaning behind that lyric within the song? So my research begins. I’ll start my blog with this scripture below.

“And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under Heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

Acts 4:12 ESV
#savedbyhisgrace72

The sweetest name I know, reminds me of how much love Jesus has for us. His name is sweeter than any fruit ever produced. Being united with Christ, receiving comfort in the midst of our troubled times calling upon the name of Jesus.

When I pray; the power that is felt, feels surreal. I truly believe that when you call upon the name of Jesus, the light shines upon us. We all have a purpose in life, if we seek him, find him, the doors will be opened unto us.

The name Jesus means savoir, like my previous post he is our sovereign God.

I’m desperate for him on a daily bases, I feel lost without him. I am a changed person, I am connected to him and he is unto me.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be known to God.”

Philippians 4:6 ESV

As I continue my journey in Christ, I am finding out a lot about myself. If I do not incorporate Jesus within my everyday living, it seems unfulfilled, doesn’t seem right, as if something is missing in my life, an emptiness from within sort to speak.

I fully depend on Jesus to get me through my day. Without him I have nothing, however I feel when I am weak, I began to pray he provides me strength from within.

To me, not having Christ in your life weakens the mind, opening up doors for satan’s meaningless thoughts to linger in, you become powerless over sin.

Eventually, your mind becomes like a boat without a captain, a ship without a sail, with no direction.

I’m sure you understand where I am going with this.

Jesus our savior is our protector our deliverer. I stopped trying to live my life without him completely a couple of years ago.

What I had encountered in 2017 has changed my entire outlook as to living in Christ not of the world.

Yes, it took a situation in my life to stop and think about what Jesus really meant to me.

“Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. ” I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”

John 15 :4-5 ESV

In conclusion; Something About the Name of Jesus, It would be great if we focused our good thoughts on Jesus. Many of our thoughts that seem to tempt us are negative and toxic.

The good news is we have a guide to help test our faith and strength. Philippians 4:8, this scripture is a great test as to our thought process.

This verse teaches us to think about things that are worthy of praise, pure, righteous, lovely and noble, seriously think about it.

The most important thing to consider when in thought is are my thoughts true?? Many times our thoughts are not true, consider focusing on what is authentic, in other words, real thoughts that line up with our Heavenly Father.

We will never be able to adjust every negative thought that comes to mind but we can certainly try to free our minds from toxic thinking by calling on the name of Jesus.

“Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above above every name of Jesus, every knee should bow, in Heaven and on Earth and under the Earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of the God the Father.”

Philippians 2:9-11 ESV

Sovereign God

“The heart of the man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.”

Proverbs 16:9 ESV

It’s been a month since I have written a blog. I have been praying, seeking the words to actually describe what has constantly been on my mind, pertaining to sovereignty.

The song Sovereign God sung by Maurette Brown Clark, is set on repeat on my I phone, in the car, as well as my Pandora. Lately, when I awake early in the morning this song is in my heart.

I love it when the Lord gives me my words to write pertaining to what he wants me to say. I have been praying, seeking wisdom and knowledge as to His word. As I have written in the past. It’s funny how he operates!! He’s always on time!!

“He’s bigger than all of our problems and every situation.” I would have to say that song suits my life in many ways.

Before I begin today’s blog I would like to thank my Heavenly Father full of grace to let him know, nothing compares to His sovereign, merciful grace.

“He changes times and seasons; he removes kings and raises up others. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have discernment and understanding.”

Daniel 2:21 NIV

What the word Sovereign God means to me!!

Sovereignty of God is the Christian teaching that God is the supreme authority, all things are under His control.. Sovereignty is a attribute of God based upon the premise that God, as the creator of heaven and earth has absolute right and full authority to do or allow whatever he desires.

Authority – The Lord has sovereign over every living single human decision. We all have decisions that we make, however in the end, letting the Lord decide what’s best for us would be giving our Heavenly Father authority regardless of the outcome good or bad.

Ruler – Ruler of all the Nations the King of Kings, there is no other like Him. God that is!!

Supreme in power – The one who exercises power without limitation. The Lord to me; is the greatest, the most high of all God’s.

Superior – Being perfect in power, wisdom goodness and truth.

God is the foundation of Life

Greatness –There is greatness in all that God does.

Independent to all – God is free to do whatever he chooses Giving one the opportunity to choose between right and wrong. It’s called the freedom of God.

“God cannot force anyone to love Him or to receive His gift of eternal salvation through Christ Jesus. It is an act of free will.”

John 1:11-13

“By the sovereignty of God, we have a free will and are able to make choices and decisions that shape our lives. While we do not posses God’s infinite power, we can surrender our hearts, souls, minds to ways that are consistent with His holy will. In this way, we honor the Creator and Sustainer of all things, recognizing God is truly sovereign.

Colossians 1:16 – 17

This is what I have taken from the phrase sovereign of God. If you want to remain a victim of your own circumstance as to all the terrible situational circumstances that has happened to you in you’re life, you will loose, you now have a choice as to what relationships you want, what type of individuals you may want to surround yourself with. God is in control of every situation.

You are no longer a victim of circumstance, you have choices as to the will and act of God to who and what you allow to affect your mind and spirit.

If every decision and step you take moving forward has to do with your past, you do not have sovereign over your life.

Your heart, your path your dreams are coming from a place that’s still wounded. Until you let go and let GOD, you will be in bondage. You have completely given your power over to others. Not a good thing!!!

“God knows all things past, present and future. There is no limit to his knowledge, for God knows everything completely before it even happens.”

Romans 11: 33

When you let go and take complete control over your personal sovereignty, there are rewards to this strength. You can no longer blame others for what isn’t working out in your life.

#savedbyhisgrace72

In our everyday lives we face the hostility of the world. We can trust the wisdom and obey the commandments of our sovereign God who works all things out according to the purpose of His holy will.

If you do not understand your past pain, you will never understand your praise & grace of today. Do not let your past define who you are !! Trust in the Lord and be of encouragement. He will make a way!! #savedbyhisgrace72

Peace of Mind Comes Piece By Piece

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

Ephesians 6 :12

“Pay attention to what you allow in your spirit.”

Joel Olsteen
Peace of Mind Comes Piece by Piece

Decluttering means to remove unnecessary items, to declutter your mind means to remove unnecessary thoughts from your mind – thoughts that add noise the noise that stops one from thinking clearly.

http://www.//lifebeginner.com

As Christians some of the toughest battles we face are not physical but spiritual. I call it spiritual warfare of the mind.

One might ask how do we declutter our mind when there has been so much built up clutter?

Start by decluttering your spiritual mind, that is the best defense when it comes to relieving stress. Getting rid of the things of the past that has hurt us, such as memorabilia that entails this clutter and mass.

Decluttering your mind is about letting go of past hurts, enjoying the present, clearing the way for the future piece by piece. A future of greatness. A future of Love, A future of respect, living in harmony as to the will of God.

Decluttering your mind will not only make your mind feel less cluttered, it will relieve the pain that once lived deep within your heart, mind, body and soul.

Heartache and heartbreak is something the Lord allows in our lives to bring us closer to him.

Negative past individuals, let them go. Hurtful past relationships let them go. Your past will not defeat you by any means.

That’s just it, your past is your past it doesn’t define who you are today. Who you are today is a new creation in God’s eyes.

It doesn’t matter the individuals that remember who you were yesterday, all that matters is who you have become today. Christ out weighs it all.

I’ve learned that the clutter you continuously allow into your life, if left unattended could eventually cause a chaotic mess such as, bringing unfinished business into the next chapters within your life, from relationships, to workplace environments, even friendship, as well as having a relationship with God.

God enables us to stand firm against satanic attacks. We experience God’s peace in the midst of satan’s assaults.

We also go on the offense, sharing the gospel of peace, stamping out the divisive work of the powers of darkness.

It is not your will but the will of the Lord. Stop trying to declutter your mind alone.

Pray and seek out God for the peace of mind you desperately want.

Pray without ceasing. The piece by piece will get you to the next level of peace from within, it will eventually come. Speaking from first hand experience.

Some night wonder how do I obtain a peace of mind. Today I thought I would provide a couple examples as to obtaining that Peace of Mind Piece by Piece.

Adopt a positive mindset towards life. If you are or have been through alot in life, weeping may endure at night but joy does come in the morning.

Peace isn’t dependant upon anyone but you. Never rely on anyone to bring you that peace of mind that only God can produce.

We

We are of the flesh with that being said we must consistently stay focused within the word, staying prayed up is what I would call it.

In conclusion; one must remember you are no longer a victim in regards to life’s circumstances, you are victorious as to your Peace of Mind Piece by Piece.

Remember If God can bring you to it, he will surely pull you through it!! Stay the course. He loves us all.

Racism is Offensive and Displeasing to God

“We are all one in Christ.”

Romans 3:10 KJV

Over the past couple of years I have seen more racism openly displayed then I have seen in my life time.

I am going to be short brief and to the point letting you the reader in on something that isn’t of secret. Acts of racism is offensive and displeasing to God.

My question is. Why can’t we all treat each other as equal individuals? No matter what demographics you may have come from! No matter where one may live! No matter how much money one might make, at the end of the day, we all bleed and breath the same.

Unity starts from within

Institutional/Systemic Racism

Institutional racism also known as systemic racism is a form of racism practiced within society as well as political point of views.

Racism can be seen and detected in processes such as attitudes, behaviours towards a certain race or group that could lead to discrimination, prejudice, ignorance, thoughtlessness amongst many. Racism creats hurt feelings, emotional trauma from within.

Stereotyping different ethnic backgrounds is not the answer as to unifying our country nor glorifying God.

The word Institutional racism also reflects back to political power, education, wealth, healthcare, housing, as well as criminal injustice acts, just to name a few.

Racism has existed throughout history. It’s time we put an end to this unwanted dishonorable practice of ethnics.

The belief that one color is superior/inferior than the other based on the color of ones skin, the place of their birth, the language one may speak, should not define anyone, this is nonsense.

In order to change, we must all come together as a nation not as a divided country.

As an African American woman, I have been taken back by the words that have been constantly displayed by someone that should stand by our American belief system “United We Stand Divided We Fall. In God We Trust.”

“Christ came to tear down walls not build them up.”

Ephesians 2:14 KJV

I have seen nothing but division constantly displayed, by our POTUS stemming from angry chants, “Go back to where you came from” to the word “infested” this is vicious, venomous to the up and coming children of today and tomorrow.

This unethical practice also pours out into individual mindsets as well as hearts, creating race wars, division within our country.

I see it on social media as well as television daily. Indiviuals arguing amongst themselves that have never met, which saddens my heart.

Walking in love instead of hate isn’t too much to ask for from anyone.

Racial separation is the belief of a racist, prejudice individuals or a group of individuals that different races should segregate and apart from another.

I am one with the mindset that we should all live in a world where color should not be of an issue. We are more alike than different.

Keeping our country safe from harm, getting our country back on track as to creating jobs, identifying the problem in reguards to our countries homelessness, healthcare issues to name a few focus points, should be the main focus not “We don’t want you here because you are of the wrong race, color, sex or religion.

I have a couple of scriptures from the Bible I would like to share in regards to racism.

“We are all made in the image of God.”

Genesis 1:27 KJV

” We are all sinners corrupted by the fall .”

Romans 3 : 10 KJV

“Heaven has no room for racism.” Woe to us if our vision of the good life here on earth will be completely undone by the reality of new heavens and new earth yet to come. Antagonism towards people of another color, language, or ethnic background is antagonism towards God himself and his design for eternity. Christians should reject racism, and do what they can to expose it and bring it to the gospel to bear upon. not because we love pats on the back for our moral outrage or are desperate for restored moral authority, but because we love God and submit ourselves to the authority of his word.

Revelations 5:9-10, 7:9 -12, 22:1-5

“I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of it’s creed: We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal.”

Civil Rights Leader: Martin Luther King Jr.

In conclusion; racism has existed for years, my thoughts on racism. This is history repeating itself year after year, decade after decade.

We must stop this division of hatred. Through prayer and fasting as to that breakthrough.

I have family and friends of different ethnic background, as well as children. I see no color!!! Even though we are of different background make up. My motto, love each other as you would have love for one’s self. There isn’t any room for hate.

God’s Grace and Mercy

“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me…. Therefore it says, God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”

2 Corithians 12: 9 KJV

Before I begin my blog today, I would like thank my Heavenly Father as to my writing abilities, still a work in progress. The Lord has provided me many opportunities, becoming an inspiration to many, as I am told.

I sometimes sit and wonder what my life would have been like without the knowledge of God, during the test. Without God’s grace and mercy, I couldn’t imagine life here on earth. I can’t believe I made it this far. When God is in it there is no limit!

My writing means the world to me. When I write, I write from the heart. My inspirational blog site helps me to release much built up tension and pain, that once lived deeply within my heart. The pain that had begun as a young child, no longer resides within my soul. At one point and time, I once lived my life in total darkness and sin. God’s grace and mercy has taken me to The 46th Mile Road to Redemption.

The journeys the Lord has allowed me to walk, both good and bad, has taught me many valuable lessons in life. The one lesson that has constantly played within my head over the past few years, never take your life for granted, for tomorrow isn’t promised.

God’s grace is greater than our deepest, darkest sin. There is nothing that we can do that makes us unworthy of God’s grace. Grace is having received the divine favor of God. Being graceful, living with grace means that you are putting God’s grace before other emotions.

I truly understand that grace plays an important part of our life, meaning; gracefully letting go of individuals as well as things that aren’t meant for us.

Accept the grace the Lord has bestowed upon our heart, not taking any situation into our own hands, such as revenge on someone or something that has caused us hurt.

God’s grace all by itself brings us into a true relationship with our Heavenly Father. Unlike the human flesh, God doesn’t want us jumping through hoops in order to please and to be loved by him, God acts according to his grace and mercy.

“But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love where as he loved us, For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: It is the gift of God; not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

Ephesians 2 : verses 4,8-10 KJV

The word grace is used often within biblical scriptures, referencing to power and spiritual healing. The grace of God helps us daily. I am grateful for his grace and mercy, praising him is what I love to do.

To me, mercy is a love that responds to one’s need in a unexpected or unmerited way. Mercy is forgiveness. The Bible speaks of God’s love for sinners – that is, for us all.

Biblical speaking, mercy also relates to other qualities beyond love and forgiveness. Such as salvation.

Salvation is not a static one -time event in our life, It is an on going experience of God’s gracious presence transforming us into whom God intended us to be.

Through God’s grace and mercy we grow and mature in our ability to live as Jesus lived. As we pray, study the scriptures, fast and worship, we deepen our knowledge of and love for God.

Our inner thoughts and motives, as well as our compassion to the human need are all aligned with God’s will to testify about our union with him.

God’s grace stirs up a desire from within us, a yearning to know God and empower us to respond to God’s invitation to be in a relationship with him.

God’s grace enables us to acknowledge the differences between good and evil, this makes it possible for us to choose good. We will never have to beg and plead for God’s love, mercy or grace. Our Heavenly Father sends his son to actively seek us.

#Savedbyhisgrace72

While many are wanting to know the difference between grace and mercy, I’m going to summarize the meaning in a couple of sentences. Mercy isn’t God punishing us as our sins deserve.

Through His mercy and grace, He provided a way for our sins to be forgiven, through our acceptance of Christ Jesus. Mercy is God blessing us, despite the fact, we are all unworthy and undeserving.

Mercy- Is deliverance from judgement.

Grace- is extending kindness to the unworthy.

#Savedbyhisgrace72

God Performs Heart Transformations

“Grief can be the garden of compassion. If you keep your heart open through everything, your pain can become your greatest ally in your life’s search for love and wisdom.”

Rumi

Heartbreak has a way of driving us to search for reassurance in the most unlikely places.

When the pain is fresh in our heart, we tend to look for hope more urgently, within dark places.

God’s thoughts towards us are kind, loving and caring, his words are comforting, full of redemption and grace.

God’s love is unconditional, that isn’t defined by anxiety or broken promises.

“He heals the brokenhearted, binds up their wounds”

Psalm 147:3 KJV
A Clean Heart

Emotional pain strikes at the core of our being, that can leave one feeling vulnerable in the weakest places.

Whether it’s pain accumulated from childhood or an intimate relationship dissolving, there’s a tendency to shut down, withdraw after the disconnect.

God tells us that his love for us shines bright in the darkness of our struggle.

Our inability to deal with a situation gives Him a chance to step in, show us that his strength will lift the weight of all disapointments in life.

“Come to me, all who labor and heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, you will find rest for your souls, for my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

Matthew 11:28-30 KJV”

People refer to the deep hurt that consumes them in the wake of a stressful experience.

When they’re asked where it hurts, they immediately point to their chest, a natural reaction, because that is where we feel loved the most.

This is because the heart gives and receives love.

When you experience sadness or disappointment, it is natural to feel your heart breaking.

The term heartbroken refers to the heart being pulled apart through grief and sadness, broken into a million pieces.

The good and bad news is that none of us are immune to heartbreak unless you’ve been living under a rock, which I know is unrealistic.

You can not hold onto feelings of sadness and disappointment, doing so means to inhibit life flowing through you.

It’s like building a dam from piles of rocks in a flowing river front, eventually the force of the water will erode the rocks or find its way through it.

What has happened in the past can’t be changed, however we can move forward, how you choose to move forward from that moment, is the choice that will determine the outcome of your life.

Pain can destroy our self-esteem, it will naturally recede and open our hearts again.

Love must flow through us, our core nature is vested in love.

Despite the hatred and evil in the world, love is the most powerful energy, It’s healing ability shows that it is a powerful force in our life

It is difficult to release pain following a traumatic experience, such as divorc, a break up of a ungodly relationship, or the loss of a loved one.

There’s a sense of numbness and emptiness in places we never knew existed. It’s natural to protect ourselves by vowing never to love or be hurt again.

But as you know, the wall we build to protect us, is the same wall that prevents love finding its way back into our life.

Ultimately the wall has to come down, if we wish to find the freedom to be ourselves again.

Vulnerability is an essential part of being human, vulnerabilities are the doorways back into peace, joy, and love.

We can hold on to the pain or choose forgiveness, self-compassion, so love flows through us again.

The pain associated with heartbreak is the heart’s shell breaking open so love can flow freely, outwardly.

The more we open our hearts, the more we have access to our natural state of peace, well-being, and ease, no matter what is going on in our life.

How does one let go of the pain?

We Let God transform our heart!!

ANew Heart A Gift from God

First, forgive yourself and others who have contributed to the pain.

If you need professional guidance, seek God, a trained counselor or therapist who can direct your healing path.

Heartbreak can cause us to feel a wide variety of emotions. The Bible points us to a greater love of understanding.

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; lean not unto your own understanding.

In all of your ways acknowledge him, The Lord will direct your path. Walk by faith not by sight.

“Create in me a clean heart, O God and a right spirit in me.”

1 John 4:1 ESV
Wont’ he do it – Koryn Hawthrone

Forgiveness is the entry fee we pay for the freedom to be ourselves once more.

If the wall we constructed is our shield of protection, then forgiveness is the doorway to happiness.

Forgiveness directs us how to find inner peace, knowing that, we can withstand the trials of life.

Forgiveness is the key to a better life, the freedom to experience the gentleness of love within our heart.

Second, lean into your pain, experience the abundance of love at your own pace.

Naturally, what you stow away builds energy, the emotional wounds will consume you.

By drawing on mindfulness, self-compassion, your emotional wounds can be transformed, healed through the grace of God through prayer and scriptures.

Finally, make peace with the part of you that feels anger, fear, sadness or grief.

Accept the emotions, instead of pushing them away.

Let go and let God do his transformation in you.

Either way, I urge you not to focus on WHY a situation occurred, everything happens for a reason, how you perceive and deal with the pain is the focus.

Pay attention to HOW you heal yourself through the works of the Lord.

Pray without ceasing, reclaim your crown / throne by renewing the love in your heart and soul.

Only then will you have the experience into the wholeness of your being, allow the emotional intensity to change you.

After all, pain is not who you are, but something you have experienced.

You have the power in the name of Jesus, to rebuke anything you choose through warrior prayer, worship and praise.

Find your happy place, love yourself unconditionally whole heartfelt.

There is a reason why your heart is still beating. BUT GOD!!!!!
